Are you a member of a national or international organisation, considering a congress or a meeting? Most thoughts regarding a congress remain just that: thoughts. After all, we all know that a congress entails a lot of hard work, and this is why Gotland Convention Bureau is offering free advice and support in the sometimes long preparation process for a meeting or a congress.
Services we offer free of charge:
• We help you produce a formal request for tender.
• We make provisional bookings at hotels and meeting locations
• We provide presentation material such as brochures, loan-videos, PowerPoint presentations and visual material.
• We arrange inspection/study visits where we present hotels, meeting facilities and activities in Gotland.
• We make suggestions for social programmes, excursions and pre/post-event travel connected to your congress or meeting.
• We can arrange contact with specialists who can help you in the preparation and implementation of your meeting or congress.
