Gotland isn´t particularly remote, just 100 kilometres off Sweden´s east coast. But it´s so exotic that it doesn´t feel like Sweden at all. Far enough away to keep a sense of the genuine. It has been called a different place and different is certainly a key word. And yet it´s so accessible. Easy to reach, and easy to access everything once you´re here. Everything seems so simple an natural. The people of Gotland are close to everything – especially the joy of living on the world´s best island. Since time immemorial it has been a meeting-place for people seeking new approaches.
